Russ Anber is a veteran boxing trainer with four Olympians and one World Champion under his belt.

Russ is also an analyst for CBC & TSN's boxing coverage, and the President of Coach's Choice Boxing Equipment.

He is also the founder and head coach of the RING 83 Boxing Club in Montreal, and since June 2000 is also President of the Quebec Olympic Boxing Federation.

Ring 83 was started in the year of 1983, hence the name ! It is housed in an old fire station...
